This Privacy Policy explains how Plomso Team ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Plomso app and related services (the "Services"). If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Services.

1) Who This Is For (Age 17+)

Plomso is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.

2) What We Collect

  • Information you provide: name, username, email; customer support messages and attachments.
  • Content you choose to upload or create: photos/images, collage outputs, template selections, layout adjustments, and editing history records.
  • Automatically collected: device information, usage analytics, crash/diagnostic logs; location (approximate or precise) only if you allow.
  • Cookies & similar technologies (for web-based components, if any): login, preferences, performance; may include web beacons.
Photos, faces, and biometrics: We do not perform facial recognition and do not create or use biometric identifiers. We do not use your photos for marketing profiling, and we do not use your photos or text prompts to train third-party models.

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide & maintain the Services (accounts, collage generation, templates, editing history).
  • Personalize your experience (remember preferences).
  • Improve the Services (analytics, debugging, performance).
  • Security (prevent fraud/abuse and unauthorized access).
  • Customer support and communications.
  • Legal compliance and policy enforcement.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Image Processing, Metadata Removal, and Automated Processing

Plomso may process images to generate collages and to remove or reduce embedded metadata (such as EXIF) from selected images.

  • On-device by default: when possible, processing occurs on your device and results remain on your device by default.
  • Server-side processing (when used): if you choose features that require upload, images are processed on Plomso Team-controlled servers and deleted promptly after processing is completed (see Data Retention).
  • Automated techniques: processing may use automated image-processing techniques (which may include machine learning) running on Plomso Team-controlled servers. We do not share your uploaded images or text with third parties for such processing, and you control whether to upload content and generate results.

5) How We Share Information

We share information only to the minimum extent necessary, and only in these cases:

  • With your consent (e.g., when you export/share using your device tools).
  • Service providers (processors) who help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, support, security, backups) under contractual protections.
  • Legal requirements (lawful requests, legal process).
  • Protect rights and safety (policy enforcement, fraud/security investigations).

International transfers: your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

6) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption, access controls, regular reviews/audits, and backups.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Data Retention

  • Account information: for the life of your account.
  • Account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal/security needs).
  • Usage analytics: typically up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated/anonymized.
  • Customer support: typically up to 6 months after resolution.
  • Uploaded images for one-time processing: deleted promptly after processing is completed (as soon as reasonably possible).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent.

Location permissions: you can enable/disable location access in your device settings at any time.
